Senior Pastor

Pastor Dominic and his wife Waty met in London, UK whilst both attending All Souls Langham Place. Pastor Dominic had finished studying at Moorlands Bible College in 2005 and began working in full time ministry as a London City Missionary. Pastor Dominic comes from a Salvation Army background and professed faith in his teens being baptised at the age of 17. Waty was born and raised in Dumai (Riau) but she is Batak by blood. She moved to study finance in Maastricht, the Netherlands in 2002, and further studies in London, the UK in 2023. She has been working in financial industry for the last 20+ years in London. She was born again whilst studying at the University of Indonesia, Depok. They met in All Souls Church, London in late 2006 and married in 2008. Pastor Dominic went into pastoral ministry from 2010. Pastor Dominic has served in churches in the South of England with his last UK appointment as a families and outreach pastor at Caterham Baptist Church, South London. His work involved coordinating youth, children and family activities whilst also preaching and teaching.

Prasad is from Andhra Pradesh, India, and works as a Computer Science teacher at SPHKV School in South Jakarta. A sinner saved by His grace, Prasad is grateful for Christ’s mercy and seeks to serve Him faithfully with humility in all that he does. He's married to Sheela, and God has blessed them with a son, Chris.

Rene Salvatierra

Rene Salvatierra

Elder, Life Group Ministry Director

Rene serves as a missionary with the Word of Life International (Southeast Asia). With over 25 years of ministry experience across the Philippines and Indonesia, he has a deep passion for youth evangelism and equipping local churches to fulfill the Great Commission. Rene is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute and focuses on discipleship and English-language outreach (SYME). He and his wife, Juliet, have two children and are dedicated to seeing the next generation transformed by Christ both locally and across the region.

Philip was born into a Christian home in Belfast, N.Ireland and put his trust in Christ for salvation as a child. He is thankful for the God's sustaining grace over many years and is priveleged to be serving the Lord with Rita, his wife for more than a decade in Indonesia.

Kongkin Atmodjo

Kongkin Atmodjo

Originally from Malang but a Jakarta resident since 1963, Kongkin became a follower of Christ in 1981 and has been a member of JIBC since 2008. His life has been defined by global missions, including serving for eight years with OM Ships and graduating from Prairie Bible School in Canada. An ordained pastor since 2007, he served for 24 years as the first Director of Open Doors Indonesia and currently serves as the Chairman of the OM Indonesia Board. Though retired from full-time ministry as of 2024, he continues to stay active running a family laundry business. Kongkin has been happily married to Jane Yurico Meitty since 1998, and they are blessed with two grown daughters, Tabitha and Bianca.

Andrii is Ukrainian, raised in agnostic family. He trusted in Christ after first being introduced to Christianity at the age of 19. He loves his wife Rahel, son Illia and Christian fellowships. After working in a few countries, he settled in Indonesia with his wife in 2020. He is currently an entrepreneur.

Deacon, Music Ministry Director

Kris has been a member of JIBC since 2018 and has served as a Deacon since 2025. He's married to Sylvia and the father of three children. He oversees the music ministry at JIBC, and he looks forward to working with everyone who feels called to this ministry for Christ's glory alone. Psalms 33 "Sing to Him a new song; Play skillfully with a shout of joy."

Beyond her administrative work, Mira thrives when working alongside our pastors and engaging in hands-on ministry, finding joy in every opportunity to serve on the field.
